I placed a mobile order and had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. When my chocolate croissant was ready, the employee came over and set it on the counter despite me standing there with my hand out to receive it. I then watched my drink sit unfinished while other orders were being made. It took several more minutes before anyone completed it, and when I finally received it, it was made incorrectly and was missing the cinnamon topping that normally comes on the Banana Bread Matcha. Everyone can have an off day, but the overall experience felt dismissive and inattentive. I expect better customer service and better attention to mobile orders.

just came to starbucks to pick up my order and a worker i believe her name was nikki was insanely disrespectful and made my matcha horrible i asked for a cup of ice she rolled her eyes and straight up told me to wait in no rush at all.Other then that the other employee was really sweet💕

I have been a chai latte drinker for over 25 years. Today I got it iced with oat milk and it is off. Super off. It tastes like old iced tea mixed with oat milk. It doesn’t even have a chai taste. If I wasn’t in a hurry for an appointment would have returned it.

A great Starbucks!✨️👍 I love this Starbucks! The service is always wonderful and the staff are super friendly and welcoming.💯 It’s mostly younger folks working here, always in a great mood and full of positive vibes. I especially love that they still have a tip box for cash,kind of old-school, but in the best way!I always try to pay my fairshare. 🙌 The atmosphere is peaceful, and with so many restaurants nearby, it’s perfect to grab a meal first, then come here to enjoy your coffee and unwind. Highly recommend! ☕️✨️
